Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kym Marsh and her Graziano Di Prima were welcomed onto Friday's instalment of It Takes Two by host Rylan Clark who was eager to find out how the Coronation Street actress felt about being in last week's dance-off. While Graziano thought they were safe after pulling off the highest-scoring Samba of the series, Kym admitted she knew the dance-off was looming.
Dressed smartly in a black shirt and trousers, Graziano told BBC viewers he was extremely proud of Kym who he praised for never complaining about training.
He also weighed in on his experience being in the bottom two last weekend, telling Rylan: "I would like to just say something, I was a little surprised about the dance-off.
"I think I was more surprised than her because she literally settled and said, 'You know what, we are going to have to do this once more.'"
Kym, who donned a floral purple dress for the interview, told Rylan before the It Takes Two interview she "knew" she would be in the dance-off before the results came in.

"She knew it more than me," Graziano added even though they scored an impressive 32 out of 40 points for their Samba to Volare by Gipsy Kings.
Explaining her thought process, Kym, 46, said: "Honestly I just kept thinking [I'm going] and I just made my peace with it.
"I thought someone's got to go and why would it not be me?"
She continued: "You find you're going to [be] in that situation whoever you are."
The pair came joint fifth on the leaderboard last weekend, but Kym said: "I think the middle of the leaderboard is perhaps the worst place you can be so you either want to go and really smash it or do terribly."
"If you look at when Fleur [East] and Vito [Coppola] were in the dance-off, they were also in the middle of the leaderboard so it seems like it is quite a tricky place to be," Kym noted.
Trying to focus on the positives, Kym and Graziano went on to discuss their Quickstep to Ballroom Blitz by Sweet (Come Dancing) which they will perform for week five to celebrate the BBC's 100th anniversary.
While Kym is looking forward to getting back on the ballroom floor, she admitted the skirt she'll dance in "weighs a tonne".
"I am extremely proud of you, no matter what happens tomorrow," a supportive Graziano said to reassure Kym.
Matt Goss was the latest celebrity to be sent home from the competition which means there are 12 celebrities remaining.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One and It Takes Two airs on weeknights at 6.30pm.
