Thanks to its complex and bizarre sense of humour, the potential for theories galore and the Smith family's sociopathic scientist grandad, Rick and Morty has a global cult following. So much so, that it is already known there will be a seventh series once season six comes to an end. There is still the rest of the latest series on Adult Swim and E4 to go, however, before any more thoughts on the future of the animated sitcom.

Rick and Morty returned for season six on Sunday, September 4, on Adult Swim in the USA and E4 in the UK.
Since then, a new episode has come out every week in the same time slot so fans have been used to getting their regular Rick and Morty fix.
Sadly, episode seven, Full Meta Jackrick, won't be airing on Sunday, October 16, as expected.
This is because the adult cartoon is currently on hiatus, meaning it is taking a break away from the short screen.

The creators might be keeping the synopsis under wraps but the rest of the episode titles for season six have come out.
Here are what the remaining three episodes of Rick and Morty season six are going to be called:
Episode eight - Ricktional Mortpoon's Rickmas Mortcation
Episode nine - A Rick in King Mortur's Mort
Episode 10 - Analyze P**s
As previously mentioned, the future is looking bright for Rick and Morty.
Back in 2018, Rick and Morty was given an epic 70-episode renewal by Adult Swim.
When series six is done and dusted with, 30 of those would have come out.
Bearing in mind each season is made up of 10 episodes, Rick and Morty will reach a 10th season.
Rick and Morty season 6 will continue on Sunday, November 20, on Adult Swim in the USA and Monday, November 21, on E4 in the UK.
