EastEnders stalwart James Bye could be at risk of elimination from Strictly Come Dancing this weekend. According to the bookmakers' latest odds, James and Matt Goss could face the dreaded dance-off on Sunday night as odds suggest they are the most likely to leave the BBC series.

In Ladbrokes' latest predictions, Matt, who has already been in the bottom two, has odds of 11/8 to be sent packing, while James is next in the betting at 5/2.

Elsewhere, Will Mellor, Tyler West and Helen Skelton are unsurprisingly the 100/1 outsiders for a shock elimination on Sunday night.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "We've seen some huge shocks in the bottom two so far this series, but the odds suggest Matt Goss and James Bye are staring at a Sunday night dance-off this weekend."

Elsewhere, Tony Adams has odds of 5/1 of leaving while Kym Marsh follows closely behind him at odds of 9/1.

Last weekend, James and his dance partner Amy Dowden received a mixed bag of comments.

While Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse saw signs of improvement, Craig Revel Horwood was less than impressed.

"You know what I'm impressed with you today is the fact that you've managed to get your body in a more central line," Shirley praised.

"You really, really made an effort to get your weight over your feet. Thank you so much, it means a lot to me.

"But, it's so important to get the weight over, we talk about getting the weight over the foot, we bang on about it.

"But it's so important because everything works better when you do that, so moving forward keep that weight in the front straight leg.

"But other than that, I thought it was a very good dance."

However, Craig completely disagreed, telling James his performance was "very flat-footed".
