A dramatic new teaser trailer for the highly anticipated next season of Yellowstone has promised even more betrayal and backstabbing is on its way for the dysfunctional Dutton family on the Paramount Network. With Jamie (played by Wes Bentley) still wrapped around his sister’s finger, how far will Beth (Kelly Reilly) go to ensure Jamie remains loyal to one of the most powerful families in America?
Beth has issued her adoptive brother a terrifying threat in the latest teaser for Yellowstone’s fifth season.
In the previous outing of Taylor Sheridan’s hit drama, Jamie reluctantly teamed up with his biological father Garrett Randall (Will Patton) and nearly launched another attack on his family.
However, in the closing episode, Jamie decided to protect the adoptive father who raised him, John Dutton (Kevin Costner), by killing and burying Garrett in the dead of night.
Unfortunately, Beth had been following her brother all the way and enacted her final revenge by taking footage of Jamie burying the body.

The latest trailer could be hinting Jamie will be looking for another way to turn against his family and win back his freedom now he’s being blackmailed by his sister.
When Yellowstone returns for its highly anticipated fifth season, Jamie will be working for his father, who has just been appointed the governor of Montana.
In the new trailer, John warns him: “You’re going to do exactly what I tell you for the next four years.”
Jamie insists he is fully committed to protecting the ranch at all costs.
At the end of the trailer, Beth warns him: “Stop thinking you have the chance to earn redemption, Jamie. You’re in my prison now.”
Beth has despised her brother since their teenage years after he convinced her to terminate an unplanned pregnancy with a procedure which left her infertile.
As adults, the adopted siblings have continued their feud, and Beth has almost always managed to come out on top.
John’s most misunderstood child may now be even more tempted to strike up an alliance with one of the ranch’s rivals to win back his freedom.
