Tony Adams has become a firm favourite among Strictly Come Dancing fans despite landing at the bottom of the leaderboard two weeks in a row. The star seems to be improving each week, although, on Saturday night, Tony made a few mistakes in his routine with dance pro Katya Jones.
The slip-up didn't go unnoticed by the judges and it certainly reflected in their scoring.
Motsi Mabuse said: "Tony, you tried so hard, maybe a little too hard but you tried and you know what? Stuff goes wrong in life."
"Tony, I actually thought you tried to give me a rotation when you stepped back," Shirley Ballas praised before pointing out his mistake.
"Tony don't despair. You had a lovely sense of line in the middle, and you had some nice rotation.
"You are fearless and you've got some good partnering skills otherwise you wouldn't have got her in that lift.
"It is just an absolute shame you got on the wrong foot. You made too many mistakes. They will one after the other.
"But what you did do was an improvement of what you normally do in the technical skills."
"I will not accept that face," Claudia Winkleman later told Tony when he reflected on his score.
It was clear to see both Tony and Katya were gutted by the result.
Ally penned: "Lipreaders of Twitter, what did Katya tell Tony in the end? #strictly."
Oliver asked: "Was Katya having words with Tony then in the background? She did not look happy!!! #Strictly."
While Charlotte added: "Anyone else see this with Tony and Katya? Really feel for him since she seemed hard on him after the dance!! #StrictlyComeDancing2022 #Strictly."
Ellis tweeted: "Katya is so b****y rude!!! Poor Tony! Jesus Christ! #Strictly."
"Katya is so mad, oh my gosh I thought Tony did rather well. He's certainly best improved," user @IrkenProperty wrote.
Shar went on to point out: "Tony and Katya look like they were arguing at the end."

Fiona said: "Looked like Tony & Katya were having words #strictly."
