The makeup artist was in tears after Ron was snapped up by Tanyel Revan in tonight's recoupling.
Tanyel made the decision after having to choose between Will, Ron and David.
Her former partner Kai Fagan was snapped up by Anna-May.
"I've decided to couple up with this boy because I feel like we get on really well," she said.
"I feel like he's charismatic, I feel like he's got banter, and I'd like to get to know him on a deeper level."
Lana wiped tears from her eyes after Tanyel made her decision.
Tanyel apologised and said that "she felt so bad".
Lana ended up couple up with Will, adding that it was a "s***" decision.
She said that Will had "shown her a lot of attention" and was "always really funny".
