Take cover, Tories... Stormzy is returning to the BRITs stage.

The grime star last performed in 2020, two years after he took aim at the then-Prime Minister Theresa May over her Government’s lack of support for Grenfell victims.

A Labour supporter, Stormzy has a lot of material if he wants to criticise the Tories for what they have done in the past two years, and has three Prime Ministers he could call out.

Back in 2018, the Londoner was named Best Male Solo Artist and took home the Album of the Year award.

During the show, he performed a medley of his hits, including bangers Blinded By Your Grace and Big For Your Boots.

Then he added a new freestyle, during which he asked the Prime Minister: “Theresa May, where’s the money for Grenfell? Just forgot about Grenfell, you criminals, and you got the cheek to call us savages, you should do some jail time, you should pay some damages.”

This year, he is nominated for three BRITs, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act.

Harry Styles, Sam Smith and Lizzo will perform on the night too.

The ceremony takes place at London’s O2 Arena on February 11 – a Saturday, for the first time ever.

Meanwhile, welcome to Love Island, where new bombshell Spencer Wilks, aged 24, from Bournemouth, cryptically describes himself as an “e-commerce business owner”.

What he means is... he sells adult toys online.

His careers adviser must be thrilled.

Unfortunately, that means any time Spencer spends tucked away in the Hideaway Retreat – with its plentifully stocked wardrobe – will be a busman’s holiday for the poor chap.

And at least ITV2 didn’t waste the cost of a plane ticket to Cape Town, as the other returning bombshell is Ellie Spence, who was part of the first public vote to decide whether she or Islander Tom Clare entered the villa.

They will replace evicted Anna-May Robey and Haris Namani, who were dumped last night.

Speaking about footage that showed him punching another man in the street, Haris, inset below, said: “I’m devastated that this video has been seen, it’s not a reflection of my character.

“I’m not someone that goes looking for fights. This was a heat-of-the-moment thing. The video doesn’t show everything that happened.

“Afterwards we met up and we cleared the air; we’ve shaken hands and we get along now. It’s not something that would happen again.”
