All members of S Club 7 have announced a reunion tour.

Chatting to Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas on The One, the noughties hitmakers spoke about their 11 date tour in the UK and Ireland.

In a statement the group, consisting of Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jo O'Meara, Jon Lee, Paul Cattermole, Rachel Stevens, and Tina Barrett, said: "After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we're reuniting and performing together again. We're so excited to bring the S Club Party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7.

" We can't even believe it's been so long! Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we've ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party!"

It comes after the group took to Twitter on Friday, writing: "Ain’t no party like an S Club Party. Announcement coming 7pm this Monday 13th February on BBC ’s The One Show".

Formed by Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller, S Club 7 spent five years at the top with four UK Number One singles, one UK Number One album and sold over 10 million albums worldwide, before splitting in 2003.

Massive S Club hits such as S Club Party, Don't Stop Movin', Have You Ever and Never Had A Dream Come True have stood the test of time as pop bangers, while they even spawned teenage band S Club Juniors.

They even became stars of their own TV series, Miami 7, playing fictionalized versions of themselves that was watched by 90 million viewers in over 100 countries.

The show actually mirrored real-life events that were happening, such as Hannah and Paul's doomed relationship and his departure from the band.

Paul's exit sparked a series of events that caused the band to call it quits.

The remaining six members vowed to carry on under the new name of just S Club, but they failed to achieve the success they once had.

Rumours swirled that the band were breaking up and the devastating announcement was made live on stage in April 2003 during their S Club United tour.

They made a short comeback as a three-piece back in 2008 shortly after Jo O'Meara's controversial appearance in Celebrity Big Brother, along with Paul Cattermole and Bradley McIntosh, with changing members leading to the band being rebranded as S Club Allstars.

They all reunited for an appearance on Children In Need in 2014 and the mega Bring It All Back tour in 2015.

The band's exciting announcement comes after Jo, Rachel and Tina reunited on the red carpet at the BRITs on Saturday, looking glamorous.

Jo's appearance at the BRITs would be reassuring for fans, as she had a back operation last year, spending eight days at Queen's hospital in Romford after surgeons removed part of a disc in her back.

She has previously spoken about her "rough and painful" recovery.

Band member Hannah hit the headlines last month, after revealing she, her partner and their two daughters were left homeless over Christmas.

Reflecting on her change in fortune from being in one of the country's biggest-selling pop groups, Hannah admitted: "People think we must all be millionaires but sadly it's just not true. It was what it was and we enjoyed ourselves at the time."
