Amanda Holden sparks frenzy in eye-popping PVC dress as BGT viewers spot 'awkward' mishap

Amanda Holden, 52, stole the show as she stepped out for the first live Britain's Got Talent semi-final of the 2023 series.

The BGT judge showed off her sensational figure in a vibrant floor length dress, featuring a plunging neckline and bodice to flaunt her slim waist.

However, fans were quick to notice that the mum-of-two's bright yellow PVC gown had left her struggling with an "awkward" issue.

Each judge made a grand entrance into the live show, with Alesha Dixon emerging in the audience, and Bruno Tonioli dancing his way to the stage.

Amanda also tried her best to show off her moves before settling into her seat on the panel.

Unfortunately, the skintight material didn't give Amanda much freedom of movement for the big opening number.

Viewers rushed to Twitter to comment on the blonde beauty's attempt to dance in her dress.

One person commented: "Amanda's barely moving there."

Another added: "Amanda looks so awkward #BGT."

A third fan tweeted: "I'm obsessed with Amanda Holden's s*** dancing #bgt."

A fourth remarked: "Let's hope there's not an emergency and the studio needs evacuating, Amanda ain't getting nowhere in that dress #bgt #BritainsGotTalent."

"#BGT Amanda not walking down because she can't walk in that dress," a fifth fan quipped.

Amanda later took to Instagram to unveil a close-up of her outfit for the evening, captioned "Live Show 1 @bgt," with an added yellow love heart emoji.

Amanda wore her long hair straight, pairing the striking dress with opulent diamond earrings and rings.

She enhanced her features with smokey eyeshadow and pink lipstick, while sporting a navy blue manicure.

Amanda looked ageless in the Instagram photoshoot, taken behind-the-scenes before she made her BGT 2023 semi-final debut.
