Some fans questioned whether Billy Fletcher (played by Jay Kontzle) and Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) had left the village.
Taking to Twitter to discuss their whereabouts, @Onelifee3 asked: "Where have Dawn & Billy gone? Did they leave? #emmerdale."
@Lydiargh1 quizzed: "Have I not been watching properly or have Dawn and Billy gone missing #Emmerdale."
@PaulPoeUK was quick to reply: "On holiday with Rishi."
