Detectives name 'wanted man' after teenager stabbed

Detectives have released a picture of a "wanted man" they wish to speak to after a teenager suffered a suspected stab wound.

Police were called to and address on Arklay Close in Uxbridge, London, at around 10.40pm on Friday, July 7.

They say a 19-year-old man suffered a stab wound at the scene. However, his injuries have not been described as "life-threatening".

A 24-year-old woman suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.

Police say Gray is believed to be known to the two injured people.

They say he is thought to have left the scene before officers arrived.

A statement from the Metropolitan Police said: “It is believed Gray made off in a Peugeot with the registration KT13 KNW and detectives believe he may now have left the London area.

“He has links to Eastleigh in Hampshire and it is believed he may have returned to that area.”

Members of the public with any information on Mr Gray’s whereabouts are urged not to approach him but to contact police immediately.
