[ UK TV LIVE ]

Here is your Chelsea transfer roundup on Friday, September 1.

Mason Burstow loan

Mason Burstow could find himself playing in the Serie A this season as AC Milan could make a late dash for the youngster's services before the transfer window shuts.

The 20-year-old is believed to be on their list of potential targets after their deal with Porto for striker Mehdi Taremi was called off late last night.

Having arrived from Charlton in February last year, Burstow has impressed in his limited minutes under Mauricio Pochettino this season and looks to have a future in the Blues boss' plans.

Chalobah exit collapses

Trevoh Chalobah's proposed move to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich has reportedly collapsed after Chelsea refused to lower their asking price.

If the deal had gone through, it would've seen the 24-year-old reunited with former Blues boss Thomas Tuchel and play alongside ex-Spurs striker Harry Kane.

It comes as Bayern actively look for a Benjamin Pavard replacement after the French international left for Inter Milan, but they've now pulled out of negotiations for the Chelsea star.

Cole Palmer set for seven-year deal

Chelsea's newest imminent signing Cole Palmer is reportedly signing a seven-year deal as he arrives at Stamford Bridge from Manchester City.

The 21-year-old completed his medical at Chelsea yesterday and is set to be announced as a Blues player at some point today after joining for a few in the region of £45m.

Palmer is also ready to play in the No.10 role, with Pochettino believed to be planning on playing him in a similar role to how Phil Foden is utilised by Pep Guardiola at Palmer's current team.
