Sambi Lokonga latest, Rob Holding exit, why Arsenal haven't made any deadline day transfers

It's shaping up to be a relatively quiet final few hours of the summer transfer window for Arsenal. The Gunners have already confirmed Nuno Tavares' loan departure to Nottingham Forest in a deal that includes a £12million option to buy.

Beyond that there is a hope that Arsenal can secure an exit for Rob Holding after agreeing a £4million deal with Crystal Palace and that a loan move to Luton can be finalised for Albert Sambi Lokonga. It's not expected that the Gunners will bring anyone in before the window closes.

That has certainly got Arsenal fans talking. Many feel the Gunners should have gone for another defender after losing Jurrien Timber for the remainder of the season, while others feel another forward to back up Bukayo Saka was required.

With all that going on it feels like the perfect time for a Q&A with our chief Arsenal correspondent Kaya Kaynak.
