Hugo Lloris contract decision

Tottenham could decide to terminate the contract of goalkeeper Hugo Lloris as he won't be integrated back into the squad if he cannot find a club this summer. That's according to Football Insider, who claim that the Frenchman is still expected to leave, despite the fact most transfer windows are now closed.

Turkey and Saudi Arabia are two current markets that have a few days remaining before they are also closed, but a more drastic measure of terminating his deal could be on the cards.

Brennan Johnson transfer theory

Brennan Johnson has been labelled a 'fantastic' signing for Tottenham Hotspur by former goalkeeper Brad Friedel. The forward was claimed to be part of a two part plan for Ange Postecoglou, which involved the idea of the squad both with and without Harry Kane this summer.

Tottenham youngster Alfie Devine's remarkable week shows no sign of stopping after taking part in England training at St George's Park on Tuesday. Part of the England under-20 squad for a training camp as they prepare for the start of the new Euro U20 Elite League in October, a few absences resulted in Gareth Southgate drafting in the 19-year-old to train with the senior side ahead of their Euro 2024 qualifier against Ukraine.
