The international break is into its final few days and that means Arsenal are back in Premier League action again very soon. The next clash will be next Saturday, where the Gunners are making the short trip across London to Stamford Bridge, taking on London rivals Chelsea.
The north London outfit will be hopeful that Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Leandro Trossard will be back from injury in time for the clash. Elsewhere, work is beginning to take place over the January transfer window, with rumours surrounding a striker signing and a new contract for a key star.

New contract talks
Arsenal have made quick work of confirming new contracts for some of their key stars over the past year and their work seems unlikely to stop any time soon. According to Fabrizio Romano, via CaughtOffside, the Gunners have made right-back Ben White their next priority.
"Arsenal always go player by player in contract negotiations and Ben White is the priority now," the transfer expert claimed. "As you know I never mention salaries, and there are no other details available about a deal at this stage. For sure it’d be a long term deal but the final length has not been decided yet."

Ivan Toney transfer verdict
Ex-Arsenal star Martin Keown has urged his former side to avoid making a move for Brentford striker Ivan Toney in the January transfer window. It comes as the Gunners have been heavily linked with a move for the England international to bolster their forward ranks in the coming months.
