Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has revealed that he has not heard about any approach from Tottenham for striker Dominic Solanke. Spurs have been linked with making a late move for the prolific forward as they look to continue their spending spree this month.

Tottenham have been the busiest of the ‘Big Six’ sides this month, with Ange Postecoglou being granted the squad depth that he has demanded to be able to push for silverware and the top four.

Spurs bolstered their defensive ranks early in the window when fending off interest from Bayern Munich to secure the signature of Radu Dragusin from Genoa. The north London outfit then managed to strike a loan-to-buy agreement with RB Leipzig for Timo Werner in the hope of helping the Germany international get his career back on track.

Despite their two impressive pieces of business, Tottenham are said to still be active in the market. Spurs have still not signed a recognised No. 9 since the departure of Harry Kane ahead of the start of the season, and that is expected to be their next transfer priority.

Bournemouth star Solanke is among those heavily linked with a move to Spurs following his impressive start to the season, scoring 12 goals in 20 league appearances. However, Iraola is not aware of any approach being made for his star striker and has therefore attempted to put an end to the rumours.

Asked about the speculation linking Solanke with a move away from the Vitality Stadium, the Spaniard replied: “I know nothing about this so I hope it stays the same way for the next two days and it finishes like that but I have no news about this.
