Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd eye Chelsea target, Arsenal 'contact' Osimhen, Spurs lifeline

Tottenham have been thrown a lifeline in their pursuit of Club Brugge star Antonio Nusa.

The teenager had opted to join Brentford this month and a deal was agreed between clubs, but Ben Jacobs reports that the move is ‘almost certainly off’ due to issues that arose during the forward’s medical.

Nusa was found to have a serious knee issue and back problems, meaning that the deal has been thrown into jeopardy.

Tottenham could look to strike though and negotiate a deal on lesser terms if they are willing to commit time to aid Nusa through his issues, where possible.
