One of Australia's wealthiest people and his glamorous lawyer girlfriend will celebrate the arrival of their new baby at a beachfront mansion in spite of an ongoing courtroom battle with a beauty entrepreneur.
Richard White, 69, estimated to be worth $9.7billion, is tipped to be welcoming the new arrival with former criminal defence lawyer Zena Nasser, 43, at his sprawling Palm Beach mansion on Sydney's northern beaches on Saturday.
Mr White is the CEO and founder of WiseTech Global, a leading software company specialising in logistics solutions.
He welcomed a baby with Ms Nasser via surrogate in July.
The billionaire heir is Ms Nasser's second child, who has a teenage daughter, and Mr White has adult children from a former marriage.
A who's who of Sydney's social set will attend the shower amid rumours the event will double as a wedding after the pair quietly married in recent weeks.
The guest list includes Anthony Bell's wife-to-be Eleni Taylor, Kate Champion, who is the ex-wife of Laser Clinics Australia founder Alistair Champion, Litsa Stavropoulos, Real Housewives of Sydney cast member Victoria Montano and Sentosa designs founder Amanda Lennon, the Daily Telegraph reports.
The happy occasion comes in spite of an ongoing legal saga playing out in a Sydney courtroom with Mr White's former lover, beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan.

Ms Rogan, 55, owns a laser clinic at Double Bay in Sydney's eastern suburbs and in Cairns and New Zealand.
The dispute has spilled into bankruptcy proceedings brought against Ms Rogan, with Mr White's lawyers requesting to suppress key documents in the matter.
The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court case between the two over $90,000 worth of luxury furniture bought for a $13.1million mansion at harbourside Vaucluse.
Ms Rogan has alleged Mr White secretly bought the mansion for her and her three children at a September 2022 auction and then instructed her to buy furniture for the house.
Sources close to Ms Rogan said Mr White's girlfriend was 'livid' after discovering his relationship with the laser clinic owner was at one point sexual.
According to Ms Rogan, she was told to hand back the keys to the house in November. It was sold in February last year for $11.5million.
Mr White has denied Ms Rogan's allegations about their relationship, the house and that he instructed her to purchase furniture.
'I intend to defend the claim as I never entered into an agreement with the plaintiff (Ms Rogan) about the furniture… and never directed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,' Mr White said, according to court documents.
