Jennifer Lawrence made her first red carpet appearance since confirming earlier this week that she's pregnant with her second child.

The Oscar-winner, 34, attended the Los Angeles premiere of the new abortion documentary Zurawski v Texas, which she produced, during AFI Fest on Wednesday.

Lawrence was absolutely glowing as she posed for photos in a white trench coat dress with a belted waist that accentuated her growing bump.

The chic frock hung off her shoulders while the mid-length hem allowed her to show off her black ballet flats.

Lawrence rocked tousled curtain bangs and left the rest of her silky blonde hair down for the LA event held at the historic TCL Chinese Theatre.

As for makeup, the expectant mother made her blue eyes pop with shimmery brown eyeshadow and soft winged eyeliner.

Her cheeks had a youthful pink flush and her plump pout was painted a glossy nude shade.

Lawrence — an outspoken Democrat and pro-choice advocate — was not the only A-list star to support the controversial new doc.

Sharon Stone was also on hand as she made her way to the red carpet rocking a chic tan plaid coord.

Her eye-catching outfit consisted of a cropped jacket, high-waisted trousers and an extra long button-up shirt.

The Basic Instinct star, 66, flashed a smile for the cameras before joining Lawrence and other attendees inside for the screening.

Zurawski v Texas documents the real-life court 2023 lawsuit filed by The Center for Reproductive Rights on behalf of 20 Texas women, who were denied abortion care that they claim resulted in risks to their health and/or fertility, and two Texas obstetrician-gynecologists in 2023.

Amanda Zurawski, who fell pregnant in 2022, was the case's lead plaintiff.

The lawsuit asked 'the state of Texas to clarify the scope of the "medical emergency" exceptions' under its strict abortion bans, which went into effect after the U.S. Supreme Court's shock overturning of Roe v. Wade in June 2022.

In May 2024, the Texas Supreme Court ruled that the language used was adequate and refused to 'clarify the exceptions to the state's abortion bans.'

'The court rejected claims brought by 20 women who were denied abortions despite dire pregnancy complications,' the Center for Reproductive Rights reported.

Zurawski v Texas was co-directed by Maisie Crow and Abbie Perrault and had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival last month.

'Women denied abortions in Texas despite life-threatening circumstances join forces with a lawyer to file a lawsuit against the state, aiming to restore reproductive rights for themselves and others,' reads the documentary's official IMDb synopsis.

Lawrence is listed as one of the film's producers along with former Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton and her daughter Chelsea Clinton, as per Deadline.

Zurawski v Texas is slated for an October 25 theatrical release.

Lawrence's outing comes just days after a rep for the star confirmed to Vogue that she and husband Cooke Maroney, 40, are expecting their second child.

Later that same day, the Hunger Games star was seen out in LA with a white T-shirt concealing her burgeoning baby bump.

She also sported a black skirt and red sweater as she arrived to dinner.

Lawrence and her husband have been married since 2019 and share two-year-old son Cy together.

Last year a source told Us Weekly: 'They're thinking about having another child.'

'At first they weren't sure if they wanted another one because it's so much work, but they're obsessed with Cy and love showing off videos to their friends and family,' the source said. 'They've started warming up to the possibility of a second.'

In a 2022 interview with Vogue, Jennifer opened up about the joy of becoming a first-time mother, sharing that the birth of her son 'felt like my whole life had started over.'

'I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing,' she explained.

Lawrence and Maroney tied the knot at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island in October 2019 after just over a year of dating.

They hosted 150 guests at the reception including Adele, Amy Schumer, Cameron Diaz, Benji and Joel Madden, Nicole Richie and Kris Jenner.

Recently the star recently admitted that she was too stressed worrying about her guests' comfort and enjoyment during her big day.

'It's so stressful. You're not having fun. You're just like, "Is that person having fun?" she joked to E! News, humorously referring to being the bride 'awful.'

'I'll never forget—I was freaking out about the guests being cold, and all of my friends were lying they're like, "Nobody's cold, nobody's cold, everything's fine, everything's fine.'

'My mom was like, "It's freezing out there, your grandmother almost died."'

The actress even ordered her friend and frequent co-star Robert De Niro to 'go home' during the rehearsal dinner because she was convinced he didn't want to be there.

She said: 'I looked over and I saw Bob, who doesn't know anybody and he's kind of wandering around, and I immediately was like, "No, this isn't what he wants to be doing. I don't want him here."

'So I went over and whispered, I was like, "Go home" and he was nice - he like talked to my parents and was polite - but I was like, "Go."

'[After he left] that just genuinely made me feel better.'
