Ranvir Singh, who is covering for Lorraine over summer, couldn't resist taking a cheeky dig at Brooklyn Beckham following his vow renewal with Nicola Peltz after just three years of wedded bliss.
The ITV host was chewing over the couple's headline-grabbing ceremony - notably absent were Brooklyn's famous parents, David and Victoria - with US showbiz guru Ross King and Woman and Home's Hannah Fernando.
"There seems to be quite a lot of kickback from fans looking at it and going, 'If he feels so separated from the Beckhams, maybe he should change his surname,'" quipped Ranvir.
She added: "He lives off that name essentially, that is his inheritance."
When Hannah mentioned Brooklyn's desire to renew vows annually, Ranvir quipped back: "He hasn't got a job, that's why."
This comes as Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's decision to re-tie the knot has reportedly caused fresh heartache for dad David.
The pair revealed they had said 'I do' once more in a swanky do, with The Mirror noting the absence of his kin at the bash.
