FOX 5 anchor Rosanna Scotto took a nasty spill during a segment on Good Day New York in Manhattan.

The slip-up left the 67-year-old morning show host briefly flat on her face.

She had just eked out an impressive four pull-ups with celebrity personal trainer Kenny Santucci.

'There we go! Another one! 'Another! Give me two more! Last one!'' Santucci told the TV presenter during the segment on Friday’s broadcast.

Somewhat exhausted, Scotto then released the bar as the trainer was still holding her legs.

She suddenly fell forward, slipping out of her shoes.

Scotto's cohost Curt Menefee and Santucci both let out a simultaneous 'oh!' before rushing the the veteran anchor's aide.

Helping her up, Menefee asked: 'You ok?'

Scott, seen in New York City last year, joined Fox's Manhattan affiliate in 1986 as a weekend anchor and reporter and later in 1994. She was named the host of Good Day New York in 2008

A smile from Scott made clear she was, clearing the way for laughs.

'Kenny, what kind of insurance do you have?' Menefee cracked .

'Uh, not very good,' Santucci, a former 2000s-era reality star who found fame on MTV's The Challenge, joked back.

'Are you ok?' he asked Scotto again, who - while laughing - assured the men she was fine.

'Kenny! Why didn't you tell me!' she said, as the fitness expert remarked: 'She fell right out of her shoes!'

The moment was quickly clipped and sent across social media. Many marveled at how Scotto - an anchor on the Fox affiliate for the past 30 years - took the incident in stride.

'Rosanna Scotto: the definition of the show must go on. I hope she is okay, that was face first,' one X user wrote.

'Kenny appeared on Good Day New York this morning, and well, it didn’t go well for Rosanna Scotto,' a fan of Santucci's added.
