A tourist who stumbled across a village in Norfolk was left baffled - and slightly unnerved - after discovering the town's shops, car parks, garden centre and bakery spookily bear the same name.
Gareth Clarke, from Northern Ireland, recently paid a visit to Wroxham, but he soon found himself scratching his head whilst exploring the village's shops and amenities with his friend, Mel.
In a video uploaded to his TikTok page, @garfunklez, the motion designer captured the pair's eerie jaunt through Wroxham's winding main roads.
As they walked along a pathway adjacent to a 'Roys' department store, Gareth was left questioning whether he had 'walked into a cult,' as he exclaimed: 'Where the f**k are we, Mel? All of the shops are named after Roy. We are really confused.'
The pair giggled as Gareth panned his camera to a toy shop named Roys Toys, along with a Roys McDonalds, a Roys bakery, a Roys café, two Roys car parks and even a Roys loading bay.
In what appears to be a local convenience store, Gareth and Mel were left stunned after discovering shelves of Roys merchandise, such as branded teddy bears, tea towels, puzzles and mugs, available to purchase.
The pair even stopped for a bite to eat at Roys Food Hall - an experience that only left them with more questions than answers.
Speaking to the camera, Gareth said: 'We just left Roys Food Hall - it was 34p for a bottle of water. We're still dealing in pence?!'

The content creator followed with: 'Who is Roy - and why does he own everything?'
In the comments, hundreds of bemused viewers poked fun at Gareth's experience, as one wrote: 'Roys R Us is such a missed opportunity.'
A second said, 'Roystown for the first time with no context is an experience,' while a third teased, 'It's all for the greater good.'
Another joked: 'It's not about the places we go, it's the memoroys we make along the way.'
However, one viewer was left disturbed by the town's multitude of Roys stores, as they wrote: 'I don’t mean any disrespect but knowing this exists has deeply unsettled me and I have no idea why.'
According to its website, Roys of Wroxham is a family-owned, multi-department store chain located across Norfolk and Suffolk, and is named after the surname of its founders Arnold & Alfred Roy rather than someone with the first name Roy.
There are five Roys stores in Wroxham alone, with the village's local economy is largely dominated by the chain's flagship department store, a food hall, garden centre, DIY store, and toy shop, as shown in Gareth's video.
The Roys website reads: 'Wroxham is known as the "Capital of the Norfolk broads" and is a great family day out where you can take a walk along the river, watch the boats go by & feed the ducks.

'The rich farmland across Norfolk & Suffolk is also home to a great number of excellent food & drink producers and Roys is proud to stock over 1,000 local products from over 100 local suppliers.
'Roys knows that it owes its success to the ongoing support of its customers in the local community and regularly gives back by supporting local charities and good causes.'
Today the company is owned entirely by the Roy family and Alfred's grandchildren, Ed and Paul Roy are directors of the company.
There are currently 12 Roys stores around the country, including the five in Wroxham.
