On screen, they are a couple at war as they battle through an increasingly messy and scandalous divorce.
But away from the cameras, nothing could be further from the truth for veteran British actors Dominic West and Sienna Miller.
These exclusive pictures from the set of a new Sky legal drama – aptly named War – where scenes were being filmed at the British Film Institute on London's Southbank this week, show the pair have a more relaxed relationship than the troubled characters they play in the hotly anticipated series.
While sources on set revealed that things become 'brutal' between Carla Duval, a world-famous actress who is played by 43-year-old Ms Miller, and her estranged tech mogul husband Morgan Henderson, played by The Crown star West, it is clear they have genuine affection for each other in real life.
As soon as the cameras stopped rolling, the pair were seen laughing together – a world away from their on-screen froideur.
Wearing a black dress and red lipstick, and with her hair swept up in an elegant bun, Layer Cake star Ms Miller shared a joke with her suited co-star before they returned to their roles.
The pair are understood to know each other well and have worked together previously, most notably on a 2005 West End production of Shakespeare's As You Like It. They have also both modelled for British fashion house Burberry.
According to Sky, War is 'a scandalous divorce case that sends shockwaves through boardrooms, bedrooms and courtrooms alike'.

The BFI stands in as the location for a film premiere for a fictitious movie called The Milliner. Ms Miller, as Duval, was being filmed walking the red carpet with 55-year-old West, posing for photographers and chatting to fans.
The drama follows the characters as they come face-to-face in court during their increasingly bitter legal dispute.
Also involved are two of London's most prestigious law firms – Cathcarts and Taylor & Byrne – who must go head-to-head in what promises to be the high-stakes divorce of the century.
The show also stars The Great actress Phoebe Fox and James McArdle, who appeared in the hit ITV drama Playing Nice.
A second season, which will feature a new legal case, has already been commissioned.
Neither Ms Miller nor West have ever been divorced themselves. While Sienna has been engaged twice – to actors Jude Law and Tom Sturridge, with whom she has a daughter, Marlowe, 13 – West, a father of five, has been married to landscape designer Catherine FitzGerald since 2010.
