When we think of iconic duos, a few things come to mind. We’re talking Ant and Dec, gin and tonic, Barbie and Ken, and – most importantly – Claudia Winkleman and her trademark fringe. Frankly, it’s one of the main reasons we’re watching The Celebrity Traitors.
Claudia and her fringe have become so synonymous over the years that it’s almost impossible to imagine her without it, so you might be surprised to learn that there was a time that Claudia actually didn’t have a fringe at all.

Honestly though, we never want to see Claudia without a fringe again. It just doesn’t feel right.
The TV presenter has previously opened up about her signature look, revealing that she ‘just loves’ it. And so do we, Claudia, so do we.
‘I think my fringe starts at the back of my head, it’s got more weight to it than a tonne of bricks. They gave it to me and I knew that was that. You have to make much less effort when you have a really heavy fringe,’ she said.

Claudia added, ‘It also makes you look put together from the get go. Even if I'm wearing what I slept in (an oversized disgusting T-shirt and an ancient pair of my teenage daughter’s leggings) if you’ve got a fringe you’re pretty much sorted. You’ve done half the work, you’ve got attitude. I just love a fringe.

Claudia even joked that her fringe has given her a career boost. She laughed, ‘I think it's the only reason I get work. I'm sure TV producers go, “Who's the one with the fringe? We'll have her.”’
