It might have taken a month, but Big Brother is finally getting messy and chaotic – just the way we like it.
From Caroline Monk and Richard Storry's bizarre af feud (which, let's be honest, is very one-sided), to the turbulent romance blossoming between Elsa Rae and Marcus John to the flirty friendship of Sam Ashby and Zelah Glasson.

If you've been keeping up with the antics erupting inside the Big Brother 2025 house, you'll know that the latter relationship is a huge talking point in and out of the house right now. ICYMI, Sam made it clear from day dot that they had the hots for Zelah; Zelah, however, is in a LTR with his girlfriend, Francesca. But still, there's undeniable flirting afoot as of late, right?
While fans have been speculating about a potential romance between the two, recent evictee Feyisola Akintoye – who was besties with Zelah in the house – has suggested that what viewers are actually seeing is simply a deepening friendship between the two.

In an exclusive chat with heatworld, Feyisola reflected on the natural progression of relationships within the confines of the Big Brother house, saying, 'I think we're seeing is something completely different. I think we are just seeing friends,' she explains. 'You get to the stage where you do build relationships and friendships in there. You miss home, of course. You know, I hug my friends all the time.'
She continued, 'I hug my friends all the time. And that's all you're seeing. You're just seeing two friends who find comfort in each other. And they just want to hug."
The meme 'sure, Jan' comes to mind, tbh; after all, Sam has made it clear that they fancy Zelah, so surely there's more than friendship afoot here?

Feyisola added, 'I don't think it's specific in the sense of like anything.' She went on to highlight that Zelah's focus in his house remains his girlfriend and his passion for the gym...not Sam.
'What you hear out of Zelah's mouth is gym and Francesca. He loves the gym and he loves his girlfriend. And that is everyone. Not just me...He really, truly misses her.'

But it seems obvious that feelings are developing on Sam's part, at least; they recently voiced their feelings for Zelah in the Diary Room to Big Brother, confessing, 'I think we were talking about how me and Zelah flirt a lot and obviously I love it and I play right into it, but so does he…
'He said, "No but it’s fine because my girlfriend’s really open, really trustworthy, she understands. And she said if I had a crush on anybody in the house I could explore that".'
Over on TikTok, Zelah's partner Francesca has assured fans, saying, 'I’m ok with flirty banter I know that different people have different boundaries and that’s ok.'
