The TV personality - who officially celebrated her 45th birthday just one day earlier - was seen leaving the crowded party which was hosted by fashion photographer Mert Alas.
The reality star donned a fitted minidress made of sheer material as well as a revealing bralette piece at the top.
Dazzling beaded details were embroidered throughout the outfit while tasseled embellishments fell down at the front.
Kim slipped into a pair of sheer black tights as well as open-toed, dark red pumps to complete the overall ensemble.
The mom-of-four accessorized the look with a choker that was similar to the material of the minidress.
The star's dark locks were parted in the middle and swept up into a sleek up do, while some strands were styled into braids.
Kim's makeup was glammed up for the lighthearted evening and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes.
A pink blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow while a nude-colored tint was worn on her lips.

Late last month during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the star gave an update on her love life when the late night talk show host brought up the topic.
'The last time you were here, we talked about your kids were ready for you to date. And they were making lists of people that you should date,' Jimmy said.
Kim recalled the moment and then expressed that her four children 'continue to do that' - but not disclose any names on the lists.
'Yeah. They're trying to set you up. Have you been dating at all?' the comedian then asked.
However, Kim simply replied with, 'No.'
And during a recent episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper, Kim shared that she would get married again in the future.
'I would absolutely [get married again]. I think it's so different, I don't think I have a type,' she explained.
The host then questioned Kim, 'If you had to pick today are you going rappers or athletes?'
The reality star replied with, 'Neither. I think we're going like lawyers or longevity scientists that can give me all their secrets.'
Kim has been keeping busy and celebrated her 45th birthday earlier this week in Paris - which kicked off when she attended the premiere of her upcoming new series All's Fair.
She donned a figure-hugging blue gown with a plunging neckline on the front for the special event - and was also supported by her mother Kris Jenner.
Kim later blew out candles to a lavish cake with her All's Fair castmates in a video shared to social media.
The star later had an outfit change during the evening wearing a striking look from Alexander McQueen and Givenchy.
She was seen leaving her Paris hotel before heading to the iconic cabaret venue Crazy Horse to continue her birthday celebration.
Kim opted for a minidress with a shiny gold corset bodice as well as ruched white material at the bottom hem while the same material draped down her right arm.
She also jumped to her main Instagram page to give her fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse from the special night.
In one snap, the TV personality posed in the back seat of a vehicle while another showed her leaving her hotel in Paris.
Kim also posed up a storm inside the spacious hotel room and could be seen surrounded by silver balloons in one picture.

She was joined by some of her All's Fair co-stars for the celebration including Naomi Watts and Sarah Paulson.
Kim additionally included group photos as she visited the cabaret venue in the French city.

Before making an appearance at Wednesday's bash, Kim also embraced her edgy side at the London premiere of All's Fair at Leicester Square.
