The results of a rather expensive glow up were well in evidence as Kris Jenner helped eldest daughter Kim Kardashian celebrate her 45th birthday on Wednesday evening.

One could be forgiven a double take as the TV personality attended the event looking considerably younger than her 69 years.

On a wet, windy and frankly miserable night in London, Jenner inevitably commanded attention while showing off the rather impressive results of her $100,000 facelift.

The reality star recently confirmed she had transformed her looks with the help of Los Angeles-based cosmetic surgeon, Dr Steven Levine.

And it was there for all to see as Jenner, arguably looking more like a Kardashian sister than a mother, made her way into the home of celebrity photographer Mert Alas, the venue for Wednesday's private gathering.

Jenner had already turned heads courtesy of her outfit, with the American star opting for a pair of thigh-skimming black shorts and matching cropped blazer.

A fitted top and tights rounded off the look, while accessories were paired down to heavily tinted sunglasses and a black leather handbag.

Those hoping to achieve the same look as Jenner have apparently been attempting to decipher her secret referral 'password' after the star revealed the clever way she has been sending friends to her plastic surgeon.

Jenner recently revealed she and the surgeon behind her latest lift devised of a 'password' she can give to pals seeking to book a consultation with him.

But the revelation has reportedly opened up a whole new can of worms for Levine's practice.

Radar Online reported the office has been 'absolutely plagued' with callers attempting to guess the password - and the frenzy has even prompted the clinic to take drastic measures to control their phone line.

'It's been chaos. We've had people phoning in pretending to be assistants, stylists, cousins – even one person claiming to be her dog walker,' the insider said.

'Everyone's trying to guess the magic word. We've had to take calls off the main line and screen every new inquiry,' a clinic insider told the publication.

Jenner made the code revelation on last week's episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.

Levine was apparently reluctant about receiving attention but suggested the password method in order for Jenner to refer her friends to him.

'So I called him. I said, "Listen. I really want you to have the credit for what you did. I know you don't care, and you're not on social media, and you're not out there.

'You're the busiest surgeon or professional I've ever met, and you don't need the attention. He didn't want the attention, which I loved.

'And I said, but do I have your permission to say who you are? And he goes, "Listen. I'll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, 'I'm Kris Jenner's best friend, and can I have a consultation?' They have to say the secret password.'

Because of her results, she also said both she and Levine were getting phone calls from people pretending to know her just to get a consultation with her surgeon.

She said it was 'my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do' (seen in June)

'If I told you how many times his office has called and said, you know, "Julie Monopoly's on the phone, and she says she's your best friend."

'And I'm like, "I've never heard of her." So definitely, people have tried to get in,' she continued.

She added: 'So if you know me, you know what the password is.'

Jenner said she wanted to be candid with fans about going under the knife to 'inspire' those fearful of surgeries.

'It really is somehow my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself,' she said.

'And don't be afraid of it,' she added. 'And fear is not your friend.'
