Kim Kardashian revealed she suffered a major health scare during the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians on Thursday.
The reality TV beauty, 41, confided in her sister Kourtney Kardashian, 46, that doctors found a 'little' aneurysm on her brain scan during an intro clip in episode one, titled 'Feels Like the Old Days.'
A shocked and concerned Kourtney put a hand over her heart as she replied, 'woah.'
Kim was then seen getting an MRI, with scans showing images of her brain. The mother-of-four then seemingly told her sister that doctors told her it was caused by 'stress.'
While another clip showed her getting out of the MRI machine as she spoke about her stressful divorce from ex Kanye West, 48, with whom she shares her four kids.
After getting her MRI, a weeping Kim was then shown speaking to someone on the phone in another scene, as she asked, 'Why the f**k is this happening?'
An aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in the wall of a blood vessel. A ruptured aneurysm causes internal bleeding which can be life-threatening.
If an aneurysm is small and hasn't ruptured, treatment usually involves simply monitoring it during regular check-ups.
Kim and Kanye were married from 2014 until 2022, and share daughters North, 12, Chicago, seven, and sons Saint, nine, and Psalm six.
In a confessional, Kim told the cameras: 'People think that I have the luxury of walking away. My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together.'
In another clip, a tearful Kim said, 'I'm happy it's over.'
She also told sister Khloe Kardashian, 41, and mom Kris Jenner, 69, on the phone: 'This week has been the hardest week of my life.'
Elsewhere on episode one, Kim says that she hasn't hade a psoriasis flare up since she's gotten a divorce from Kanye, but now she's filming Ryan Murphy's show, All's Fair, she's been battling with outbreaks on her skin yet again.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that primarily affects the skin. It causes a buildup of skin cells, leading to scaly, and sometimes itchy or painful patches.
Talking about the divorce, Kim says she was 'very tested.'
When she's asked what's going through her mind when she sees Kanye's behavior — which has included publicly lashing out at her family, accusing Kim of keeping their kids away from him, and going on anti-semitic Twitter rants — she says 'my poor kids.'
Kim added that everyone around her can handle the outbursts, but she wants to protect 'my babies.'
She is seen FaceTiming with Chicago from her trailer.
She says she's been able to hide what's going on from her kids for so long and that she always felt like she had a little bit of 'Stockholm Syndrome.'
Kim also hit back at his accusations of her keeping the kids away. The SKIMS founder said Kanye has never called and asked, and says it's 'not true' and 'not rational.'
The reality star added, 'It's a divorce, not a kidnapping' before stating that they still live at the same address and he knows where the kids are at.
Kim also revealed that she gets worried when it gets too quiet, as she fears Kanye might start having more public outbursts at any moment.
When asked if Kanye has ever apologized to her she says 'no' and that she's 'not looking for it' adding, 'I don't care.'
She said the situation is 'so f*****g sad' but she has to stay strong for the kids.
She later confirms that all her feelings for her ex are gone when her sister Kourtney shares that Kanye's ex Julia Fox will be in a new campaign for her brand Lemme.
Kourtney shares that Fox, who briefly dated the rapper, will promote a 'libido gummy.'
She calls Kim to check and make sure that her sister is fine with it, and Kim says she 'doesn't care.'
Kim also made a defiant stance against the robbers who held her at gunpoint and stole $10 million worth of jewelry from her back in 2016 in a clip from the new season.
The star was seen returning to Paris, where the robbery occurred, and reliving the terrifying ordeal as she prepared to testify against the criminals.
But even though Kim admitted she was 'terrified out of my f*****g mind', she wouldn't let her fear hold her back from being herself, after her mom Kris Jenner, 69, questioned whether she should be wearing diamonds to her courtroom showdown.
As Kim was getting ready for court, Kris walked in and asked if was a good idea to appear in court with all the glittering jewels Kim was wearing.
'Do you think we really should walk in there with all the diamonds on? Should we rethink this?' she asked.
'No,' Kim defiantly stated. 'I wanna be who I wanna be. I feel like they took that away from me.'
Elsewhere she told her mom, 'They're saying I was asking for it' and admitted the ordeal has 'changed our lives forever.'
In the intro clip for the upcoming season, Kim shared, 'I am terrified out of my f*****g mind' before stating that she was told someone has put a 'hit' on her life.
The clip started with a dramatic car scene in Paris.
Kim was joined by mom Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, 44, as they tried to flee mobs of photographers and fans.
Elsewhere, Kris is shocked at the crowds gathered outside of court. 'Look at that,' she says looking at the mob of people outside. 'Look at these people. This just doesn't feel safe.'
Kim is later seen walking into court as a news clip states that the suspects in the violent crime are now on trial.
The ringleader and seven members of a gang that tied up and robbed the billionaire reality TV star were found guilty by a Paris court in May.
They were found guilty of crimes including robbery in an organized gang, kidnapping, sequestration, acquisition and possession of weapons, assisting an armed gang, aggravated theft, and complicity in preparation of a criminal act.
Among the jewels Kim lost was a $4million engagement ring from her ex-husband, rapper Kanye, that has never been recovered.
During an emotional testimony to court, Kim said she had feared she would not survive the raid.
Elsewhere on the episode, fans were treated to a massive surprise when Rob Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner both returned to the family's reality show.
Reclusive Rob, 38, attended a dinner with his famous family as he appeared on the show for the first time in eight years.
Matriarch Kris gathered her kids, including Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, 28, and Kendall, 29, to say goodbye to their iconic old Eldorado Meadow house where the earlier Kardashian seasons were filmed, after she had sold it.
Rob was seen briefly as he enjoyed having dinner with the rest of the family, while Kim said in a confessional that it would be great for him to return to the show full time.
But Rob was not the only surprise of the night. Kris broke down in tears as she told the cameras: 'I just couldn't really come here with my full family and say goodbye to this house and not invite the person who made all the memories with us for so many years.'
'I think one person that isn't here, should be here to say goodbye with us to this house,' Kris told her children as they gathered around a dinner table.
That prompted Kourtney to burst into tears.
'Are you crying?' a surprised Khloe asked.
Kris' former spouse Caitlyn then made a shock return as she walked through the doors, asking the family, 'What's going on?' before the episode came to an end.
The teaser for the second episode saw Caitlyn mingling with the rest of the family, as Kris explained they were gathered so they could give the house to 'another beautiful family to make beautiful memories.'
Kylie said in a confessional, 'I don't know if my parents will ever be best friends again, but this is definitely a great first step.'
Caitlyn then appeared to joke as she screamed out, 'I bought it! I bought the house! It's mine now.'
A shocked Kim was seen glancing at Kris and asking, 'Really?'
Kris and Caitlyn were married were married from 1991 to 2015 and divorced after the retired athlete, formerly Bruce Jenner, came out as transgender.
Caitlyn was a regular on Keeping Up with the Kardashians since season 1 and until her divorce from Kris. Her appearances became infrequent after 2015, and the show eventually ended in 2021. Jenner has not been part of the Hulu show up until now.
Earlier in the episode Kris revealed that Rob was there, telling some of her grandchildren, 'Uncle Bob is here.'
'Is Bob here?' Khloe was heard asking, before going to greet her brother.
Kris was also seen entering the family room where Rob sat on a couch while looking at his phone.
'I'm so happy you're here,' she told him.
She then shared in a confessional, 'All my kids are here tonight. My kids, my grandchildren, and even Rob, which means the world to me.'
'Yes guys, Rob is here,' Khloe said in a separate confessional. 'You heard right. I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show. And trust me, we are too.'
The scene then flashed back to Khloe on the phone with Rob asking if he'd ever come back to start filming, to which he replied, 'I mean, I'm down.'
Khloe then eased fan worries, telling the camera, 'Rob is doing well. He's alive. The conspiracies run wild. One of the main ones is that he lives with me. He's in our shadows and we don't want to have him around.'
'He's not some miserable person that lives under a bridge,' she added.
The scene then cut to Rob sitting next to Kourtney during the dinner, while rocking a black t-shirt and a blue baseball hat.
'Rob and I are very similar in a lot of ways,' Kourtney told the cameras.
'He is super sweet, the funniest person I know. I love having him around.'
Kim added that she misses having him on the show. 'He's just so funny. It would be great if he would regularly be back on. that's the goal,' she said.
Kris then gathered her family together as she broke down in tears while talking about the house and all the amazing memories they've had there.
Rob's appearances on the original series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians dwindled down after Season 13 in 2017, though he made small cameos up until the final Season 20.
He previously told Khloe on her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, that his decision to step away from the camera was due to him feeling ' not comfortable.'
'It just has everything to do with myself. I don't want to be filming and putting myself in a position where I'm not comfortable,' he shared.
'I'm not comfortable in my skin so why would I want to go and be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that’s not what I want to do?'
'I haven't been comfortable with myself in years and also filming and just doing all that, it's not for everybody. And I choose my own happiness and peace rather than filming for somebody who doesn't do anything for me and my personal life. That's the truth.'
Khloe and Kourtney also got into a spat on Thursday's episode.
Tensions between the two were featured in a number of clips throughout, starting with the intro teaser where Khloe called Kourtney a 'f*****g b**h.'
'I just left a chat with Khloe,' she told a friend while laughing, in reference to a phone group chat.
The clip then cut to Khloe saying, 'I'm thinking what a p***y.'
'She's just talking s**t about everything and everyone,' Kourtney added.
'You are projecting,' Khloe told the cameras. Khloe also said in a confessional that Kourtney 'never has anything nice to say these days.' She added that Kourtney doesn't want to be judged, but that all she does is judge other people.
In another clip, Kourtney was seen laughing while talking to Khloe and telling her she felt 'exhausted' for her, which prompted a look of surprise from Khloe.
'Are you exhausted that you're a f*****g b**h?' Khloe asked during a confessional segment.
Later, during a family dinner, Kourtney told Kris that she has outgrown her sister Khloe and Kim's sense of style, saying she doesn't want to wear 'heels and corsets' like them and doesn't want to 'try too hard.'
The clip starts with Kris asking Kourtney if she had a good day, to which she tells her, 'I don't want to be super negative, but I had like the worst fitting of my life.'
Kourtney said that even though things were fitting her good, she wanted more 'casual vibes' and that the clothes gave the aura that she was trying 'too hard.'
'Like Kim and Khloe's outfits right now, I've moved on from that era,' she states, adding, 'what a waste of time, energy.'
'My general vibe is more casual, effortless, that's when I feel my best, my coolest, is when it's not try too hard, and you're comfortable.'
She said she needs to be able to interact with her kids while not wearing heels, and that she doesn't want to wear a corset with her 'boobs popping out either.'
Kourtney added that it's just a 'personal choice.'
After she repeated her new clothing mantra to Khloe, she asked her if she never plans on wearing dresses or heels again, to which Kourtney said yes.
'So are you shaming me for doing that?' Khloe questioned.
'No, no,' a flustered Kourtney replied.
Kourtney told the cameras that 'of course' Khloe and Kim are being 'defensive.'
She added that she wasn't trying to be 'critical' but just had a moment of 'recognition.'
Kim trolled Kourtney in her confessional, saying, 'Good for you, babe. I don't come in and say like "Huh, I would never give up on life so soon." You know? Like, I don't say the opposite. It's the passive aggressive, for me.'
Tensions continued in a teaser clip for a future episode.
Khloe was seen having a chat with Kourtney at home, and called her a 'p***y.'
'Why is that a p***y? To leave the chat?'
'To leave the chat because you can't face having a conversation?' Khloe questioned.
'No, it's called, protect the energy, and move on,' Kourtney replied.
'You're the one who started. God, I'm exhausted for you,' Khloe said, mimicking Kourtney's words.
'If I spoke to her like that, she would go to therapy for three weeks about it,' Khloe said, mocking her sister in a confessional.
'Are you doom scrolling in bed?' Kourtney asked.
'Doom scrolling?' Khloe questioned.
In a separate segment she then showed her phone to the camera, saying the subjects on her social media feed consist of 'fashion, a dog, nails' adding, 'everything is happy.'
She then said, 'I wanna go on her f*****g page, and see what it is,' before making a mocking sign of the horns with her fingers. 'Like, shut up, shut up,' she added.
The episode also saw Kris sharing that she's had a facelift.
Khloe also gave an update on her love life and said she's happy she's not dating, and that she is currently not talking to anyone at all.
Meanwhile Kourtney's ex, Scott Disick, 42, talks about wanting to move back to New York following the Los Angeles wildfires earlier this year.
He tells Khloe he 'doesn't have that much reason to live in Hidden Hills anymore.'
He says his and Kourtney's son Mason, 15, would move with him and go to private school in Uptown.
He then questions whether it would be easy for their two younger kids to go back and forth between Los Angeles and New York, and admits he hasn't talked to Kourtney about it.
