The Los Angeles County Sheriff´s Department said it's investigating a new sexual battery allegation against hip-hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Diddy is currently serving a four-year prison sentence on prostitution-related convictions in New Jersey following his federal trial earlier this year.
The new allegation comes from an unnamed male music producer and publicist who said he met Combs at a Los Angeles warehouse photoshoot in 2020.
He claims that at the shoot, Combs began masturbating beneath a shirt, then exposed himself and told the producer to assist him, according to a police report seen by NBC.
The producer did not respond to Combs, who continued with his lewd act before throwing the shirt at him, according to the legal document.
