A major shoe retailer has revealed a new look for one of its major stores. Clarks has refurbished its new store on Oxford Street in London with new branding, after relocating from another store on the other end of the road.

The company will be making an announcement about the store and its fresh look next week. Currently, the store has a modernised logo, with block letters rather than the classic handwritten style of the current logo. Windows have been covered, so the inside of the store remains a mystery.

The new branding is already being used by Clarks for some of its shoe lines, but this is not considered a new logo or a company-wide rebranding, according to Retail Week. It has not been confirmed if the logo will be rolled out to any other stores.

A spokeswoman would only confirm that Clarks has a “new store coming" on Oxford Street, near Tottenham Court Road, with a "fresh look”.

The retailer is also planning the launch of a digital marketplace, Clarks Marketplace, in 2026, with a “curated roster of like-minded partners” including Hunter, Frugi, Antler, and Kettlewell Colours.

Clarks says its aim is simple: “Give customers more reasons to shop with Clarks, while staying true to its promise of quality and value”.

Joe Ulloa, president of the brand for the UK & Europe, said: “This is an exciting step in Clarks’ growth journey.

“By partnering with like-minded brands that share our values of quality and value, we can deliver an enhanced shopping experience that reflects what today’s customers are looking for.”

This is not the only Clarks to have a new look; the brand is opening standalone concept stores in Southeast Asia and the US. By the end of 2026, the Cloudstepper line will have 13 locations worldwide.

Intended to be “calm, welcoming spaces”, the shops will allow customers to explore the Cloudstepper collection of breathable, ultra-light sneakers, sandals and laid-back boots.

Clarks said the expansion “reflects strong business momentum for Clarks globally”. This comes after the company announced it would be focusing more on online selling.

The footwear retailer has partnered with Shein, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Target to “reach new consumers and make it easier for them to discover and buy its products online”.

In the UK, Clarks products are already available on Shein, TikTok Shop, and Secret Sales. This will extend to Europe in 2026.
