Reese Witherspoon looked totally loved-up with boyfriend Oliver Haarmann as the pair passionately kissed during a holiday in Saint-Tropez on Saturday.
One year after the Daily Mail exclusively revealed the 49-year-old Oscar winner's romance with the German financier, 57, the couple packed on the PDA and embraced as they enjoyed a yacht break.
Witherspoon was seen locking lips with a smitten Haarmann, who later hugged the petite star and planted a kiss on her head - as an insider exclusively dished on the pair's close bond and the actress' cute nickname for her partner.
A make-up free Witherspoon looked sensational in a white swimsuit as Haarmann was seen rinsing off her posterior and legs.
The couple were snapped frolicking in the sea together, where they were seen kissing and hugging in the waves.
'Reese has a close bond with Oliver because this is the first man she has been with who actually guides her, teaches her, mentors her,' a source exclusively tells the Daily Mail.

'He is a very accomplished private equity financier and has given her solid financial advice over her brands like Draper James and Hello Sunshine. She calls him her "little genius" and loves that he has an MBA from Harvard,' the insider continued.
'It's also nice that he already has kids with his ex, so there is no pressure with shared kids. All they do is have fun when they are not working and that is refreshing to her.
'In her last two marriages she was always the leader, now Oliver is the leader. He pushes her to be more, and she loves that he makes plans for them, even small things like where they go to dinner.
'She has already introduced Oliver to most of her friends and he has definitely been welcomed into her world. Everyone thinks she is madly in love.'
Haarmann was previously married to businesswoman Mala Gaonkar, 55, and the former couple share two sons.
Gaonkar is now in a relationship with musician David Byrne, 73.
Haarmann is a founding partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm.
He was previously a senior partner of the global investment firm KKR & Co.
He earned a bachelor's degree in history and international relations from NYC's Brown University in 1990, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996.

The Morning Show actress and her ex-husband Jim Toth, 54, shocked fans in March 2023 when they announced they had separated and were getting a divorce after nearly 12 years of marriage.
The actress officially filed for divorce from Toth in April 2023, a week after announcing the end of their marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split in court documents.
Reese and her ex Jim were first romantically linked in 2010, before they became engaged later that same year in December.
The former couple tied the knot during a romantic and intimate backyard wedding in 2011.
Their split announcement was made just days ahead of their 12th wedding anniversary.
The pair reached a divorce settlement and agreed to continue to co-parent their 12-year-old son, Tennessee.
Reese also shares son Deacon, 21, and look-alike daughter Ava, 25, with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, 50.
An insider told People about the split that it was 'very difficult' for the movie star to accept that she and her former partner were 'two very different people.'
Someone close to the two noted that the ambitious producer 'has her hand in a lot of pots' and Toth 'prefers less frenzy.'
It was added that, 'They've been spending less and less time together while she was working.'
More than ten years after tying the knot, the longtime duo 'found themselves with fewer interests in common.'
Reese is described by a source as 'headstrong and focused' and Jim is said to be 'more laid-back.
Per Reese's solemn divorce announcement, the twosome decided to go their separate ways with 'a great deal of care and consideration.'

'We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together' the statement read.
'Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter.
'These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone's respect for our family's privacy at this time.'
Reese recently discussed her first divorce from Cruel Intentions co-star Ryan Phillippe.
Speaking to Harper's Bazaar in July, Reese said she felt very 'out of control' when her first divorce went public.
'When I was divorced before, the tabloid media got to tell people how I was feeling or how I was processing, and it felt very out of control,' Reese told the publication.
But this go around, the Hollywood star feels that she's able to be more 'authentic' as she navigates this 'vulnerable time' in her life.
'To be able to talk to people directly about what's going on in my life and just share it in the way that I share great professional experiences or personal experiences, it feels much more authentic to be able to say things in my own voice and not let somebody else control what's happening,' Reese explained.
Despite going through a divorce a source close to The Last Thing He Told Me producer told People in April that she has 'no regrets' about ending the union and is 'doing much better now.'
