CNN is being slammed for downplaying the terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, which saw multiple people set on fire at a pro-Israel rally.
FBI Director Kash Patel called the incident a 'targeted terror attack' against demonstrators as they gathered to remember the October 7 victims who are still being held hostage in Gaza on Sunday afternoon.
The horror unfolded during the event, organized by Run For Their Lives, on Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder at around 1.26pm, police said.
But on CNN, hosts Andrew McCabe and Juliette Kayyem reportedly called the FBI 'juvenile' and 'irresponsible' for calling it a terror attack, according to Curtis Houck, the managing editor of News Busters.
'There's a man on video in Boulder ranting about Zionism as he sets Jews on fire,' Houck wrote on X.
'CNN's first reaction? Andrew McCabe and Obama official Juliette Kayyem bashing [FBI Deputy Director] Dan Bongino and Kash Patel as "juvenile" and "irresponsible' for saying this was an "act of terror."'
In another tweet, he explained that the news hosts 'are saying it's way too early' to declare the incident a terrorist attack.
He then shared a video of the as-of-yet unidentified suspect holding what appeared to be Molotov cocktails and saying, 'This will end when Palestine is free and for us.'

'Hey CNN hacks @JulietteKayyem and X-less Andrew McCabe, here's your video,' Houck wrote.
'Tell me again it's too early to talk about motive and call [Bongino] and [Patel] "juvenile" for saying this is "terror,"' he slammed the network.
